The flap wheels are cheap. They cost me like $15 for 3 of each grit (9 total). Washers as well. Enough sand-paper to do about 10 razors should cost you about the same. Coping saws go for about $10. Rotary tools can go for as little as 20, but if you want one with a flex shaft, wait for a sale and you can get one for $50. Ballpeen hammer and an 11lb anvil can be bought for as little as $8. Rod stock should cost you about $3 for 3 1ft pieces, which is enough for quite a few razors. Metal polish will come out to about $5. Cheap CA glue can be bought for under $1. You can use small bits with your rotary tool, but I used my regular drill for the scales. You can get all you really need for about $100-150 if you shop right.
