Thread: New Scales ??

I picked up a razor that I really dont care for the scales on. Can I get replacement scales or do you just have to custom make them? Where can I go to find information on the process of replacing scales.

If you go to the home page, there is information about restoration in the wiki. If you want ready made scales, I think The Superior Shave has some available. Good Luck.

I know there are a few members who can do it for you as well. just ship them the razor and let them know what you would like. I beleive gsixgun and mastershake make them. I may be wrong about mastershake....check the classifieds out

You can buy scale replacements at various on-line shaving shops.

There are also many of us here who can and will do it.

Something else you could do is look on the bay for a vintage razor with scales you like and buy it
