I have never replaced or repinned scales on a razor and haven't the slightest idea how to do it. I've seen on eBay washers and pins (which looked like long material that needs to be cut). How is this done? What are the tools that are required? I just bought a razor it looks as if it was pinned with a piece of staple or something and I would like to take this as my opportunity to try this on my own.

Is there a place to actually purchase scales or do you just kinda find them on old razors?

I just bought five razors on eBay and all five showed up today, all on the same day. I bought them on different days. The wife was not amused. If they were at least spaced out I could have worked with that. I really need a PO Box. Guess that's just one more expense associated with RAD...
