    Thanks Peter. That's EXACTLY what I wanted to hear. What do you think of doing something similar with brass tubing instead of using a pop rivet? That would reduce quite a bit of blade wobble.

    Yep that would fix it ,there is a section on it in Bill`s CD that covers that very problem, I`ve used it with nearly every razor that I do because the pin hole is nearly always over sized and it certainly works a treat. On occasions I have to put a brass sleeve inside a brass sleeve because the hole is that big

    I haven't had that issue so far, but I will have to thin down the outer walls of the brass collars for a couple of pinning jobs that I have waiting for me. For some reason I feel iffy about drilling out the pivot hole (being irrational lol).
