AZJoe, can you change Joe Chandler's title. It should read "Purveyer of Razor Porn"! Beautiful work!

good job, Joe... it's nice to see all this restoration work goin' on. Are you doing anything to identify your work yet?

No? ... and pray tell, why not?

I'm not. I guess I figure if I didn't make it from scratch, I shouldn't put my name on it. I might start when I get a little better at it, and especially when I start making my own. Here are a few I forgot to post earlier, too. The first is a mint 5/8 Genco wedge blade with curly maple handles and an inlaid mosaic pin (tru-oil finish, of course ), the second is a (just over) 7/8 F. Reynolds I redid for a friend (stabilized curly bubinga scales...hard to see the beautiful grain in it ), and the last is an 8/8 square point Friodur with kauri scales (tru-oil finish). That one stays with me, and I like lots of curves, hence the freaky scales.

P.S. The scales are actually quite thin; less that 1/8" at the thickest point. I'm just having to photograph at an odd angle, indoors , so they look bulkier than they are.

These are all really great Joe. It's tough to choose, but that Reynolds tops them all IMHO.

Beautiful work on all of them Joe, and that (long lost) Genco wedge looks familiar.
    Nice upgrade on that one

Excellent work Joe as usual. Are you going to be placing any of these razors on your site, or are they already spoken for? I honestly don't think I could pick a favorite out of these. The 15/16 1/4 hollow W&B is the blade that speaks to me the most. The scales on all of them are outstanding. I like the double end pins as something a little different. I am comming out of my skin waiting for Christmas. I can not wait to try the razor I purchased from you, and I will be getting enough gear (Norton 4/8K, Hand American bench-hone with all the trimmings) to jump into restoring a few blades myself. Wish me luck.

The W&B, rp Friodur, J. Hunt, square point Friodur, and the F. Reynolds are all spoken for. The rest are available for purchase. I'll try and get some better pix and put them up on the site.
