Don't think so, we would need a photo of the blade taken from front.
From what I can see it's at least 1/2 hollow.

Half hollow sound's about right. the front of the blade looks more like a full hollow, but it has the stiffness and heft of a half hollow.

Stiffness is depending on the grind AND on the steel, more precisely the heath treatment of the steel. Especially in france razors you can find some stiffer steel than the typical Solingen.
