    If you have a chip you are going to have to start over again. get the 1k out and hone until the chip is gone. then get your bevel set. you can to a light nail test to see if it grabs to ensure your bevel is set, but do not take it to your nail again after that. let us know what happens ")

    Unless you want to just spend a lot of time on the 4K. But I'm still learning too and I use a 1K for bevels, hang in there!
