    You can buy a cheapo set from HF and use a Dremel to grind the tit on a larger punch held in an electric drill.
    The Roper punch mechanism is a lot more accurately made than the HF or other cheapos. It tends to be off center if the holes in it were bored a bit sloppy. The punch pine\s, that I have fit both equally. YMMV

    Agreed Harbor Frt stuff is not the best,but I think to use as a test mule.just might work.
