Take your scissors apart and note that both blades are also bowed. This may make attempting to shave with them even more interesting.

Honing them with the bow would also be quite a challenge.
You could make a pair of 'pretend' scissors, but turning real scissors into shavers would be problematic.Til shade is gone, til water is gone, Into the shadow with teeth bared, screaming defiance with the last breath.
