Thanked: 443Hi Skipnord,
Thanks for the feedback. If you have a similar issue, PM me. Different motors may have different wirings, so this response may not be generalizable."These aren't the droids you're looking for." Wiring is completed. Only one small problem I only have a 10 amp breaker and didn't realize it. Will have to switch out to bigger breaker and will update on the progress. My thanks to Roughkype, you were very helpful.

Thanked: 443Don't replace the breaker without upsizing the wires! For a 20-amp breaker you should have 12-awg wire. Anything less is a fire hazard.

Thanked: 443Good answer. You might also want to put it on a GFI outlet if the floor you'll stand on can ever be moist, even with condensation from humidity. Good luck with your project.

The only experience I have with this sort of thing is with half a dozen tattoo power supplies over the years, and wiring Hunter Original ceiling fans to wall switches. I've burnt up one power supply in the past so it is nothing to take lightly. I've had success with household wiring, knocking on wood.
With something like that Dayton, unless I felt real confident I'd find someone who knows what they were doing to wire it up. YMMV.

Put a 20 amp breaker in and ran a ground fault outlet with 12-awg wire. The motor is up and running. Special thanks to Roughkype for his useful knowledge....
