Got your headstone planned in a huge lump of BBW/Coticule natural combi, Jimmy! That would be cool.

    I can see Jimmy's epitaph now -

Here lies the bones of Jimmy,
    His razor once was sharp,
But now he's traded his Coticule,
    For an angels harp.

    No...No...No!

Your ashes need be sent to Chrisl, or his heirs, to be aliquoted into little plastic baggies and mailed out to SRP members to spread onto their linen/canvas strops. Everybody knows that an ash covered strop is excellent for keeping razors sharp.

    You know...
dust to dust, ashes to ashes, and shave to shave!

Perhaps when the last coticule is dug up, and the quarries are closed, there will be a song, for any of us still alive to sing: apologies to Pete Seeger!

Where have all the Belgians gone?
    Long time passing
Where have all the Belgians gone?
    Long time ago
Where have all the Belgians gone?
Rob has mined them every one
    When will they ever learn?
    When will they ever learn?

I bet "Ardennes Coticule" takes orders for a BBW gravestone...

I envision an annual pilgrimage in memory of our dearly departed "Jimmy, the greatest hone collector of the Northern hemisphere". We all bring a razor, and after a quick touch up on the gravestone, we'll have a smooth shave with aid of the mirror that's attached next to a sculptured bust, carved out of a large alum block. Finally, we 'll respectfully rub our freshly shaved, smooth faces over the bust, and return home till the next year.

But please Jimmy, let it still be many decades from now, my friend.

Actually, a Belgian Blue headstone would be awesome. As in the dictionary sense of the word, not the "Bill and Ted" sense.

I am going to tell my wife I want my ashes kept in a BBW urn when I croak. How cool would that be?!1?!
