Each of the LED's are 2600 MCD and 3 cm from the center.

hmm, that seems too narrow, might require a high tilt of the blade to get the edge centered if its more than 4/8.

It is a combo of a $79 100x "shop scope", and a $45 USB camera.

As with the Radio Shack scopes, the direction of the lighting has a major impact on what you see through the scope. On the $$$$ scope the light comes out through the objective lens itself, so it gives a much different kind of image. And the camera on that scope is also $$$$

Anyhow, here's the new setup and an image from the new scope (100x) and an image of the same razor from the $$$ scope at 50x and 200x.

So .... like .... uhhh .... probly you could loan it to me ?

This AM's pics from the Veho 400. These are all at about 200x:

The first is a Filly finished on a Nakayama I bought from 330mate:

the second is the same blade after continued finishing on the Nakayama from O_S

The last is the edge of my Harner Damascus finished on the Nakayama from O_S. I think you can see the double bevel. The initial bevel is as it came from Butch. You can see it could use some more time on the Nakayama.
