Noticed this on a listing where I was outbid.. Why is this person still allowed on eBay.. 51 retractions in 12 months... More retractions than bids...

55 retractions n 12 months now, 9 in 30 days and they are still allowed to use ebay....

This person is abusing retractions to see people's max bids. Even in this listing he retracted a 39.99 bid and then bid just over the person ahead. I would be livid as the seller as it stifles confidence in the auction
