I have one from that era at about that same price, It took a hair popping edge a couple years ago and has retained it since and improved over time with normal stropping. Probably over 50 shaves on it.
Nothing fancy but a nice shaving razor.

Yeah I saw it an figured it was a good deal since all the other NOS ones I see are 250$-700$ which is insane to me!! The only thing I don't like about it is I prefer square point, barbers notch, an French points but I figured for that price I couldn't go wrong.
An the seller did email me also to tell me that he had others he was gonna list an if I felt I got a good deal to buy another which I may if he puts one up for sale like the others that I like an it's not assrageously priced.

If it is one of this lot I guess we can expect a few more.

I hate to rain on your parade, but just because it's a Filarmonica, it isn't a guarantee of quality. I took a look at the pictures and noticed that the razor has a slight frown near the heal, something I often see on mass produced dovos, especially the ironically named dovo "best quality".

Yes, I saw that, too. May be a trick of the light(ing), but I doubt it. I have always found this primer useful: Straight Razor Magazine: The Straight Razor Magazine's eBay Purchasing Primer

I did see that an I also assumed it was just the lighting guess I'll know when it's in my hands. Either way though it's fixable so I'm not terribly worried about it.

if it is slightly frowned, contrary to what many may say, you dont HAVE to go honing and breadknifing that thing to make it perfectly straight. i hate a frown but if its not extreme you can shave fine with it in most cases and the edge can be maintained with a narrow hone and the frown corrected over the course of successive honing sessions.
would i leave it with a frown? no, i dont like my razors looking sad. im just letting you know you dont need to be anxious about it if there is a mild frown, just correct it over time. on the other hand, if the frown is severe enough to effect the shave/ maneuverability/ happiness with the razor, then by all means! spend 15 minutes and whip it into shape!Silverloaf
