That's what made me suspicious. The seller is in the UK and the listing says it will be shipped from Portland.

So, another member in another thread about this same topic shared this, he emailed PRC and asked about these razors. They responded saying the blades were coming from a previous retailer that is getting rid of his stock so these are legit PRC razors at a great price. Awesome to hear

Received my siren today. I am really looking forward to shaving tomorrow morning! My first impression is that it is a very well made razor. Seems to be very well balanced in my hand.

My leviathan just arrived really nice razor for sure. Scales seem a bit clunky but nicely assembled. Might be a test shave in my future tonight!
