Im a little ashamed to say that as a youngster my old man, who was a barber, used to "correct" me using his strop. Now, using the logic I had accumulated by this time, I figured if i destroyed it, I would never get the strop again. So (here's the hold yer breath part) i took his straight razor and reduced it to pieces no bigger than an inch square
