Seems Ebay has a couple of flaws i always take Withdrawn Comments as bad ones, seems easier to be safier than sorry. The majority of people are ok in my opinion but if you find a good seller stick with it.

Ebay Horror and Hassle
I complied with everything and sent him his money today. I'm waiting for him to mess up. If he does I intend to nail him. at any rate he will get a bad review and I know it's all on him.

Then he'll scream that you left an illegal negative, and that you're up for suspension. He also violates the unwritten rule of ebay - if he gets a neutral, he leaves a NEGATIVE in return.
