Thanked: 1I forgot to add that he signed for it 3/29/2013, but hasn't refunded me yet. I also noticed that the negative feed back I have him is not on his profile. Does it go into a pending status until the issue is resolved?

It's better to hold off on the negative feedback until they return the money. Once you leave neg, they have no reason to try to make you happy and they will wait till the last possible day.
One time, in band camp, I shaved with a Gold Dollar razor.

Those are the pictures in the listing? You should give yourself negative feedback for even considering that razor, IMO.
We all see junk on ebay on a regular basis, but really? I cannot imagine even considering this razor and if I bought it from those photos, I would SURELY not want to tell anyone that I did. Returning items is a pain which can usually be avoided by looking hard at photos and passing on junk.
Sorry, DirtyDusty. That is just my opinion."Don't be stubborn. You are missing out."
I rest my case.

Thanked: 1I looked at it on my phone, and it looked rough. I figured being a wedge, I would have plenty of stock on it to remove pitting. I thought it was grinding marks, but couldn't be sure. I contacted the seller and he told me it was just the way the pics where. He said it was where someone used some steel wool to remove the surface rust, but didn't finish the job. He said that there where no grinding marks on the blade. In hindsight it was a mistake, but I have gotten worse looking blades that where rusted and hand sanded them to look great. Live and learn!
eBay refunded my money, after he didn't.

Almost all of us have bought a dog at one point, even cleaned up, sellers angle the photo so the flaws cannot be seen. You did right by asking correct questions, it is obvious the razor has been ground, he has been caught in a lie, this is how we gain "experience".
