Go ahead and be picky. I'm sure the good folks at Classic Shaving will understand and replace it for you. It's not too hard to reshape the edge with a 1k stone. If this were an antique, I'd say just go ahead and reshape it. Since it's new, it's really up to you if you want to monkey with it or not. It will be tough to get a good edge on until the little frown is taken care of.
