If you didn't it looks good!
If you did, that isn't going to hone up for you IMO. The spine and edge need to wear together. It's hard to tell how wide that bevel was but if it was an 1/8" and you bread knifed it if it was a 1/16" or less might be okay.
If you honed that bevel out, I would think you would be all right, but I'm thinking you didn't because I don't see any wear at the spine.
Maybe I'm wrong....hope I am

If you decide to continue I would use at least 2 layers of evenly applied electrical tape and set your bevel using Lynn's system circles and X's, TNT, TPT before moving on to the next grit
Wedges are a PITA

What I see bothers me because the edge curves up toward the toe about half the blade length. It also looks uneven wear at the spin in the corresponding location.

3 layers of tape, change the top layer if it wears. Check the bevel. Wear in a top layer good, add another on top. Change only the top layer from here on in. It has worked great on old,wonky big wedge blades for me. YMMV

As for me, sorry I don't understand how you did that damage to start with and I have no idea if it will shave again. I'll leave that advice to the experts. Me personally, I'd want to understand what the hell went so wrong to start with before I did anything else

I think if you post the photos of the edge head on as I described we'll be able to help.

i honed it with 3 layre tape, fixed a small bevel , the line beside bevel is light from camera, it passed HHT and give me a nice shaving, tanks for every help from you guys. thanks again

Well I've just been a lurker in this thread because I don't hone yet. Was hoping to learn something. After seeing the initial damage I like others was trying to figure out what went wrong. The end result looks nice an MUCH better. Glad you was able to save it. I thought it was as pixel said a box cutter. Congrats an way to stick with it.
