Hmmmmm the second best actually

The classifieds would be the best for a used razor that is already shave ready and tested... preferably by a qualified member

To buy one on e-bay still leaves much to chance...

In fact many of the most senior members, myself included always say the same thing "Don't buy on e-bay for at least 6 months or until you feel confident enough to not have to ask if the razor is good or a good buy"
