I got a Torrey with a green pearlish handle and four other Torrey's with black handles of various shapes and sizes.

I bought my first about 5 months ago. My wife decided to look over my shoulder one day while I was shopping on EBay. That was the best and worst day ever. She cought RAD too so now, thanks to her, my collection has grown to over 70 razors, 5 strops, 4 mugs, 4 brushes and several stones. To counter, she has been buying Fenton Glass items. Heaven help us all. lol

Yesterday I got really luck and picked up a set beautiful 7 day set of soligens in excellent condition. The are choice.
Landed a JR Torrey with a MOP tang and another quality blade.
A lot of 6 that I bought on ebay arrived as well.

I now have over 20 blades. only 5 are shave ready. :blush:
I'm going to send out a few to get fixed up by the pros. Got some hones and a few practice blades...going to wait for Lynn's dvd before I try honing anything...I have to touch up my dovo. There is some blunting.
I was considering purchasing a digital camera to take pics of the razors, but I'd rather spend the money on more shaving stuff. Besides, my wife has already lost 2 cameras (and 2 mp3 players). my phone pics don't turn out that well. I can try messing with the light so I can get some pics up.

There are some excellent video's on youtube by some members here about checking sharpness for newbs. Very good stuff...
