Thread: Need help with my Wacker razor !!

Please help me with this case.

I have bought Wacker Jugendstil. And I have used it 2 times. After each use I cleaned the razor and ensured that it was dry. Last week I noticed 3 rust spots on it. + a little bit of the gold on the spine is missing. I'am really dissapointed, because I didn't expect that from a razor that costs 248 Euro and in such a short time.

Last Thursday 15/september, I called Mr.Wacker in germany and told him about the problem. He had no comment about the missing gold on the spine.
The rust, is not rust said he. It is caused by an ingredient in the shaving soap I use. (Mitchells wool fat). He called it alcoholic some thing... But when I took a look at the ingredients of Mitchells soap, theres is no thing called alcohollic....

He suggested to polish it for me, but the problem would occure again if I use this kind of soap.
I asked him to refund, and sent him a email with pictures, and he told me that he would write me back, but he didnt.


I would like to have a refund bacause I'm not intrested in this razor any more. And because it is obeusly not caused from that alcohollic ingredient. I have to use soaps intented for sensitive skin, And I cant use this razor if it cant handle this kind of soaps. I would not have bought it if I knew it couldnt.

I have opened a dispute on PayPal, and he didnt answer either.

Im I cheated? What should I do?
Do you think PayPal would refund me?
