Sorry to hear of your troubles. Did it shave OK for your first shave? If so then I'm afraid you most likely dulled it while stropping. There is a *ton* of great info on stropping in the wiki (follow the "Library" link above) and in the forum. If you have rolled the edge or otherwise killed it while stropping then most likely it will have to be sent out for honing before it will have a good edge again.
