Indeed. Even some 5/8" scales are too light (there was this bunch of 5/8" Eskilstuna Rex NOS razors on the market last year, way too light scales for easy handling).

Email is handier in any case, because you are more likely to see it.
Btw there are no specific rules prohibiting mentioning interest in auction items.

I've known it happen a couple of times in the ebay forum, where someone mentioned that he was bidding at a certain auction. Though in the past there was no real need because most ebay bidders knew each others nicks and would check if someone already made a low-ball bid to 'stake their claim'

If it is not 5/8 or wider, it is not a razor imo. That's just a high end letter opener

    Honestly?...
    I don't really know.

It depends a bit on what I am doing that day. I am also renovating my house (Still) and my wife wants me to have the bathroom finished soon so some days I am mainly doing actual, real work, and in the weekends we have family activities etc so in the weekends, only a couple of hours per day.

Generally speaking though, I turn on my laptop during breakfast during my morning coffee (since the rest of the family is still sleeping) to do some reading before leaving for work. I am a system administrator / software developer by trade so I am pretty much behind a computer screen my entire working day (which lasts about 9 hours). And then in the evening I spend about 1 to 2 hours online, depending on whether my wife is home that evening and when the kids are going to bed.

During the working week, I guess I am behind a computer screen 10 to 12 hours per day. When I was still working as a consultant on software projects, it used to be more. Since that lifestyle was getting difficult to maintain (having kids) I decided to change jobs so that I have predictable working hours and any after-work computer time is optional.

Regarding your add: it would have been a good thing to mention you bought the blades recently from Neil (from the invisibleedge right ?). Now, the problem is, on a general interest website like marktplaats, 2dehands etc you will never be able to sell those blades at a good price. You need to go to more specialised websites .. But as a new member it may not be that easy to get them sold. Why don't you ask Neil whether he's willing to take them back and explain that you'd like a larger blade ?
I have been looking at the revisor razors (thanks for the tip) and should have one shortly. About the advertising like you said if I go to specialised sites as a new member that won't help much either. I won't ask Neil because he just delivered what I bought, my bad I didn't research better before buying, he has been very helpful but after all he runs a shop and I don't want to bother him with this. Eventually I'll get to sell them, lose a lot of money on it and it will be a lesson learned. Hey and thanks for offering trying out a few of your razors. Have a nice day!

What I'm wondering is: he shows three razors but sells only two apparently. There's one with what looks like nice spinework (second picture), is that one being sold ?????
There are only 2 razors, one with the spinework and the one with the brown scales. I think you looked at the pouch with the razors in it, that might be confusing. Greets Ron
