ah next time better I hope, greets Ron
I wouldn't even know where to start looking for a customs office. I mean, these guys are like ghosts. I once had a seller inquiring where his package was (after 1 1/2 month). The next day or so I received my package but I had to pay 10 EUR. They didn't bother telling me why, but I know it's because I dared to push them to get off their asses and actually do something.

Lijst Douanekantoren for a list of customs offices in Belgium. Yep 10 euro's is standard procedure I'm afraid, but it's either that or a very long wait if it comes at all. Ron

Ron, don't you need at least a tracking number or so ??
I find it hard to imagine that it suffices to say "look, well, there's this package coming from the good 'ole us of a and it's got my name on it, could you look through the 100,000 or so other packages ???"
    Thanks,
    Wim

I've had 3 packages with tracking numbers and even one without cleared within a few days after they contacted some old very helpful guy at headquarters (these packages where put aside because they contained something that was not very clear if it could be imported (working on a different frequency then in the EU), they didn't even take the time to contact me about it, they just left it in the warehouse. First time was the most difficult, I refused to leave the office before they helped me out, after that I contacted the person directly. Unfortunately he is retired since past year otherwise he might be able to help you.

It might help if the person who send you the package complains on his side?

Last week at a flea market there where boxes full of these beauty's, the seller didn't agree with me when I said they couldn't be saved and started to sharpen one on a old stone, that's all it takes he said but of course you have to buy a stone also ;-)
