+1 It was a 1305 x Arko morning. (tip of hat to the semogue'ers)

Nice lather you got there. Do you face lather with your 620? I gave mine to a friend who just started wet shaving. Now I'm thinking of getting another one. I miss that brush.

I mug lather with all my brushes the majority of the time. The 620 was given to me by a friend who didn't care for it. I love'em both but the 1305 is my favorite for sure. Both broke in wonderfully....but then again ,that's splitting boar hairs with me as I liked their performance from the get-go, they only got/better with age.

I have the Semogue 620, 830 and Owner's Club in both 2 Band and boar. Each one is quality made and very pleasant to use. I rotate them all but the 620 is perfect for face lathering from hard soaps. Each boar has a slightly different feel but I enjoy using boars as much as my badgers. Variety of brushes and razors keep the shaves interesting.

I have about six Semogue brushes and like 10 Omega brushes (I know, B.A.D.). I guess in a nutshell, I find the handles and general good looks on the Semogues to be superior. But those Omega knots are pretty incredible, and I feel, superior to the Semogue knots <dives for foxhole>.
!! Enjoy the exquisite taste sharpening sharpening taste exquisite smooth. Please taste the taste enough to ride cutlery.

Well then good on ya. Nothin wrong with liking what ya like. It's like saying what's better Gelato or Ice cream ? Some folks got taste buds what can differentiate the nuances....me I love'em both equal

I respect that. As they say YMMV. But one thing's for sure, Semogue and Omega make good brushes.
