I stand with Bill, "IF" something were to happen to one of my builds I'd fix it or replace it.

And.... I think I am getting a Harrywally brush at the end of this month. Don't short yourself with only one brush maker. That would be like only having one brand of straights.

As with the gents above, stand behind my work 100%, knots included.

I have three brushes in my rotation, the two I like most share a common denominator, Lee Sabini.

Talking about Lee Sabini, years ago he had bought Rooney, and I guess he is still with them ? I can't recall the name, but didn't he start selling another brand a year or two ago...... either along with Rooney or instead of ?

I would always take care of any issues someone had with one of my brushes. Haven't had a problem yet, knock on wood. I want my buyers to be happy.

I have to believe all the fine gentlemen on here would stand behind their product ,, I know I had trouble with one knot from Walleyeman, and without hesitation said he would replace it ,,I would think that TGN will stand up for these guys who are using their knots tc you know I,m like most guys in the beginning I bought several brands of brushes . simpson , thater, rooney, and etc,, and at least 8 customs,, I tend to use my customs a lot, not that the others are not good brushes ,, its just the customs are made exactly the way I want them and the materials used in the handles are beautiful,, not to mention cost compared to the high end production one I bought tc

Not a problem , but in now makes this entire thread biased based on your comments and being missing in action for some length of time. It is similar to Big pharmaceutical companies bankrolling a Double blind clinical trial. It loses all its credibility. He who is paying makes the rules. The medicine may work, but the odds favor the benefactor cooking the books and massaging the results.
