Maybe its carved out of a single huge chunk of stone, haha. Thast thing is a monster. Does it hold heat well and for a long time? I would imagine once its warm due to its thickness it would hold heat for quite some time.

Does a great job today it was the last thing I cleaned up when I was all done getting dress and I actually think it was hotter then when I shaved. I am going to add the pre heat water sooner then add the heated water right before I shave to see if it gets even hotter.

Sounds like its working out great for you. I might have to get one someday. How exactly do you use it? Do you fill the whole thing with hot water then dump it out and refill it with hot water and dip the brush in the smaller cup?

How much time did you wait for this scuttle for?? I have been waiting for mine since 5-24. I realize that shipping from Germany will take quite some time but I am curious as to when it will arrive.
