    1. Photo contest: pic of your brush in the most interesting location or somewhere just out-of-place--such as being held by a monkey in your local zoo or next to your sleeping mother-in-law or strategically placed in your kids' class photo.....
    2. Best idea for handle material--real or fictional materials accepted. Basically, if you could have a handle of your wildest dreams made, what would it be?
    3. Poetry is always fun. A good brush-themed poetry contest.

We have seen this one before but it was a great contest, Lather in Public using your favorite Brush. We had some awesome enteries (Marathon Runner with SRP number tag) and its one that everyone can do.

How about a short writing about the brush that best represents you. Nothing like, "this brush is old ... I'm old" but something that is a bit deeper. Like the materials origin, or the manufacturer, maybe the shape and size. But tell us why this brush is so "you". Pictures could be welcomed, but shouldn't be mandatory. And if the brush doesn't exist, make it up as you go! Maybe we will find some neat brushes to make in the future!

It's just corn syrup... Warm, blood flavored, corn syrup ...

How about a paragraph describing your face from your brush's point of view?

Oh yeah! Plenty of Kafka-esque potential there

It was in original condition, faded red, well-worn, but nice.
This was and still is my favorite combination; beautiful, original, and worn.

OK. We now have enough suggestions to fill the bill! Bart has a suggestion and then I will ask theBigSpendur to stop posts on this thread so all can vote with likes and the contest can begin on Teusday!

Bart suggests a general contest of your favorite razor. Whatever it is, however you would represent it. A short written paragraph or 2 and a picture. The theme would be individualized by the entrant. Occupation themed, artsy photos, custom creation, photos with hobbies or occupation, exotic locales or (shudder) sleeping mother in law! A few words why you like this razor, OR why it likes you! Sort of a meld of all suggestions. Bart thinks this will get the creative juices flowing and stimulate participation from all.

So everyone start reading the suggestions and posting your "like" votes. I will ask theBigspendur to count the votes, start the contest on Teusday, and judge/declare the winner at the time of his choosing.
    Thanks for the suggestions!

I'll close this thread and just open a new one entitled vote. That's where you can make your decision.
