Very nice. 30mm is a huge knot. I have a handle here that needs a 28mm and I thought that was huge compared to the 20-22mm I am used to.

I am pretty sure TGN stands for the golden nib. I have a 20 or 22 mm knot of theirs waiting for a home also but that knot is huuge! Lather in two passes just watch for the carpel tunnel when building!
I shave because I want to, not because I have to!

Thanked: 3228Gag a maggot, that is a huge knot. Looks very good though. Have you assaulted your face with that big boy yet and if so what are your impressions of it? Lastly, did you turn the handle yourself?

30 mm? I think you can use a 203 grenade shell for that if you want to..

My largest is a 26mm Thater two band. I was a bit leery getting that large a knot but it is a relatively short loft and it turned out to be a real pleasure to use. 23 or 24 is my usual preference with a 48 to 50mm loft. Scrubby is better than soft on my phizzog.
