I believe the link you are looking for can be found in this post. But following the link and exploring a bit shows that that store has no products.

yea whats up with that Datsots??? so im talking to a vendor from china who is in north china and they said this...(Hi, We locate in northeast of China. But as far as I know, all badger hairs in China come from the same place. The only difference is the hair quality.)

I think you are overthinking this Jeremy. The differance in real silvertip Knots is subtle. At this stage I do not think you would be able to discern the Differance between a TGN grade A or a HMW.
As I have told you in numerous PMs,loft settings depend on how you lather (face or bowl).
I have had those cheap Knots from chinese Sellers,The hair may be the same but the construction of the knots are terrible.
Spend a little extra, buy from a reputable dealer that will stand behind the product 100% and you will be happy.
The brush you are restoring is very nice, with a quality Knot and proper care, it will last the rest of your life.

yeah your right the price between the HMW and the grade A is only like 25$ from TGN I think ill go with one of them for this brush. I have 10 or so other burshes i can put finest TGN or try a China Connect maybe Virginia on. ill let yall know what I do and how it turns out.

Here is some of the brushes im gona work on or have someone help me restore. these came in the mail all on the same day. lol

i suck at taking out the knot i have messed up 4 handles. 2 where already messed up i used for practice. 1 was an ok one but i cut my finger with a knife and i thew it in anger and cracked it bad and another one i melted doing the steam thing to get the knot out. I have 2 friends doing 4 each right now and im working on some myself also. but the ones im working on are some that are already messed up they are for practice only.
