You must fall in the same category than me, eh you don't like shopping but your wife unfortunately does. I give you the best advice i can tell: never take her to Arab Emirates. Might be ok and nice place and all, but specially it is a heaven for those who like shopping. And nothing more than shopping. Hundreds of shopping malls. Some are several km's long and more floor that wanted to count. Premium and luxury products, genuine, no fakes, dead cheap.
Although my wife and daughter had no problems spending hours and hours at these malls, my son and i must have thought about Dante's Inferno. And what's worst: you could get beer & alcohol from hotels and single Hard Rock Cafe only (actually you could get it elsewhere too but you need a little knowhow).'That is what i do. I drink and i know things'

Last time I went on holidays with my girlfriend, I let her pack our suitcase. I just told her howmany jeans and shirts I wanted and that was all (except I packed my shaving gear myself)! Meanwhile, I did something useful, but I don't remember what.
Uhm, does that change when girlfriend->wife?I want a lather whip
