My Grandmother was known for her odd beliefs. For instance, she held that there was nothing wrong with ending a sentence with a preposition. She also believed the superstition that talking about bad weather caused it to happen. She was know to say, "Shoot, why would you bring somethin' that you'd rather stay in out of up for?"

In her later years she once said, "What did you bring that book I didn't want to be read to out of about Down Under up for?"
