Congratulations. I raised four so I won't spoil the surprises you are in for. There is not a more rewarding experience in life than raising a child.

Wow that's crazy!! I'm assuming your from the US. Thank god for free health care here in Canada!!!! If I had to pay that much, I'd do it myself!!!!!

Your healthcare is not free. Someone pays for it. Maybe not you out of your pocket immediately. If I go to the doctor it costs me $10 out of my pocket but i pay the rest of the bill every week with insurance and taxes.

Exact same situation man. My wife had a c section. The doctor said it was in his top 5 most difficult c sections. She pushed for 2 hours then decided she wouldn't be able to deliver naturally so performed the c section. The first poop was exactly like you described.
