I've always shaved at night, generally the night before I go to work. The later I can sleep in, the better.
Congrats to the OP on the birth of his daughter. I'm sure you've heard it a million times, but it goes by
quick. My son just turned 9 last week! As big as he's getting he still acts like a small child in a lot of
ways (all good ones). We were playing hockey on the living room floor when he asked me if I could get
him the vacuum cleaner. I looked at him with that "Why?" look and he told me he wasn't going to turn
it on, he just wanted to make believe it was the Zamboni. I then watched him clear the "ice" with it.

Geezer and I have discussed the evening/morning shave differences.
We both "feel" (pun intended) the evening shave yields a longer time before the stubble becomes noticeable.
For me, I can go about 36 hours after an evening shave - evening being about 4pm for me.
A morning shave, around 7am, will last at best 24 hours.

Congrats. The little girl will soon be running in the bath and grabbing your leg just as you start the down stroke. Something to look forward to.

Thanked: 227A little bit of an old thread....
My 10 month old whirlwind is now almost a three year old adopting the attitude of her ten year old sister. And still terrorising the moggy.
But my wife gave birth yesterday to an amazing baby boy 😂 so I have my little boy now.
