I honed a
razor today using my PHIG starting with whiskey slurry and working to unadulterated water. 6.27 passes on Chromium Oxide, 73 on linen, and then 142 on a premium Roo hide.
Only a HHT-2 on my Flaxen hair led me back to the linen for another 32 passes with an additional 200 on the nearest Russian. After achieving a HHT-5 and using my limited supply of 7 soaps and a little Glycerin for sweetness I Uber lathered 1.33 inches on each cheek. I made the mistake of admiring my unobtainium scales for so long it dried and had to wash that off and reapply. [My water is very hard since it is winter here.]
After refocusing and relathering I then did 2 passes WTG I tried 2 passes ATG. With my swirly 3 hour growth I found that very hard to accomplish in the foggy mirror even though I switch hands with ease.
Even though this all took only 13.25 minutes I found it very tiring and am going to go to bed to be rested to try it again in the morning.

My razor accomplished a HHT 10 today. It is so sharp it bends space and time. The hair can be severed far from the razor, at least it is perceived that way.
