Well, since we're showing weird videos, and pus apparently is not off limits,
here is some beating cardiac tissue my wife and I made. It started out as a skin biopsy from Bill Weir's arm. Fibroblasts were expanded and reprogrammed into induced pluripotent stem cells and then were differentiated into cardiac tissue--but I'd rather be honing.
