Grandmother was from Glasgow as well...truthfully, she had a dark side: she tried to give me a bath one summer when she was visiting..I hadn't had my parents give me a bath for a few years. I hid under the big bed and watched her fat ankles in stout black heel shoes walk around the bed calling my name...Billy, Billy...
    She finally gave up.

Speaking of 'Billy' search for Billy Connolly live link Dwarf. I love it!

Can't post the link as to the video being 'politically incorrect'

Check it out! Great Story and Great Humor!

    Isn't PC technically an acronym?

Never could wrap my head around a nym. Guess that's 'cause it's just the wrong shape and not made of rubber...Or elastic. Now tics I know about. Got plenty of them. One for every clock.

I liked the little person video.

Was that statement PC enough, even if it was in reference to a non PC video? I expect that it would be since those who get their feminine shorts in a twist over such things tend to fall all over themselves coming up with words they consider to be "better."

Huck Finn remains a great book despite its historically correct use of a word that later became non-PC.
