    The scale of it blew my mind. Going to the beaches... you could see the wholesale slaughter.

    It's cool that you went. I wish we all could. It moved me like not many places could or have.

    Yea, similar experience visiting a Canadian and a German war cemetery in Holland years back. The young ages on the crosses, the sheer numbers and the utter waste of young lives.
