That sucks! Bet you wish you lived in a communist country now!! That or at least a good socialist country with a good single payer system.

Maybe that's why everyone in the Ukraine wants to go back to Russia - they can't afford their meds under the capitalist regime!!

    HA HA!!

See, your problem is that you ended up on the short end of capitalism and instead of making do without the things you can't afford you have put out your hand to the government. Virtually all people in this country do, but there's a saying about biting the hand that feeds you.

It's great to be lloyd blankfein, and I bet that's regardless of whether you live under capitalism or socialism.

Yea, I can see that it would be a little uncomfortable if you bordered dear Mother Russian right now. On the bright side if Russian did take over Alaska they would have the pleasure of dealing with Sarah Palin.

Nah, remember she didn't quit, she just found that she is better at increasing her bank accounts through punditry instead of governance.

And she has the perfect credentials for a pundit: one-sided opinion, a love of hearing herself speak, and just the right blend of narrow-minded ignorance and public appeal (two things that are not necessarily mutually exclusive within certain demographics...). The only thing she needs to work on is the ability to wriggle out of previous statements subsequently shown to be wrong and she could make a killing on talkback radio.

Anyway, so what is the current situation with the Crimea?
