What you do for a living?

Hi, all. I wanted to start a thread to get to know every body a little more. Like the title what do you do for a living?

My name is Walter, every body calls me Gene, I work at a power plant as a heavy equipment operator. I love it, because i can see what I've done when I'm done !!

As my name implies... I'm a pilot. I fly in corporate aviation.

I am a fabric artist making quilted art quilts of various sizes. Also a part time bookkeeper for one son's business. The rest of the time I spend too much time on this forum, and enjoying it. But I do bite my tongue at times when I want to respond to some of the posts that can be irritating and not liking and thanking enough people for their posts.

I've been a 'fishboy' on a shrimp boat, a carpenter, a carpet mechanic (installer), a union ironworker in structural steel erection, and finally a professional tattoo artist.

Now retired but I never sleep late.

Must be something in the air in Greenacres.

Yeah Mike, Sarah Palin ran him out of there back to here. Now the neighborhood has gone to hell in a handbasket .............
