Over the past 70 some years, I have seen the need of some women who get big thrills out of being next to power of any kind. I've watched it destroy businesses, churches, and governments. They squeal when they are needing money/handout, but were fully engaged in the action at the time.
PS, the are some male roaches too! Smear campaigns are their specialty.
Black mail knows no gender or trans.

There have been a few cases from the 80's that have come to light lately, Rolf Harris and Robert Hues here ins Australia. If they did it, they deserve their comeuppance, if they did not do it then their brand name has been ruined. I think that social media is a new way for people to relinquish information in a safer environment. The ability to share information of this nature was more restricted in the past. The media it is getting from all quarters including the church which is good in a indirect way. At least something is finally being done about it on a global scale. Hopefully people in the future will be protected from predators by the threat of prolific information bing shared about their crimes.

Roman Polanski, Woody Allen and the like were open and shut cases. There was no doubt about their despicableness.

But Bill Cosby has such a repore, and constant association of the virtues and knowledge of "Wrong and Right" with his family shows and children's work that I find it difficult to believe he would rape a woman. Have an affair...maybe, after all...... even men of steel rust.

Here is another thing.......WHERE DID HE GET THE DATE RAPE DRUGS? As far as I know he wasn't a chemist. He would HAVE to have had a SUPPLIER. And a supplier would not stay in the shadows long. Even with Lance Armstrong his doping connections were what brought him down......AT SOME POINT when complicated drugs are involved...THERE IS A FOOTPRINT!

Now lets see if some more false accusations come forward or a supplier reveals himself next. That's how you know it is a lie. They would have been first on the scene.

And here is another bit of information about the "War on Bill Cosby".

I remember back in the late 1990s...about 98-99 that there was this late night show with a Booshwa type young white audience. You know the young guys back then discovering snifters, cigars and white status. And, in my opinion, a growing endorsement of the disrespect of superpowerful blacks, successful in the white mans corporate world.

It was called the Craig Kilborn show.

And I recall a guy would get up and mock Bill Cosby, and jello Pudding Pops, and particularly the voice of Bill Cosby. If you have ever been disrespected as a fat person, a minority, a Chinese American kid in a all white school or whatever......you instantly recognize the tone of disrespect.

I instantly recognized the tone of disrespect as the audience laughed on the show.


A few years earlier I was in college and the EXACT same laughs were reported by furious black students upon the university theaters showing of Pulp Fiction. There Quentin Tarantino said in a scene that the car wasn't a "Dead N-word mobile", or something of that nature, after hitmen accidentally shot to death a black man in a car. A sizeable viewing audience of white male students erupted in laughter during that scene when the N word was said by Tarantino.

So as I sat watching the Craig Kilborn show that night.... I thought to myself "Why are these young guys being encouraged to disrespect Bill Cosby on national TV?" And "Who is behind this?"

I mean Bill Cosby was a big part of corporate America......all I can think of is that he made some bigtime RACIST corporate enemies. You could say the same with OJ and Michael Jackson.

But then suddenly the World Trade Center got attacked...and I guess the "War on Bill Cosby" had to be postponed.

I guess an opportunity revealed itself again after the power of social media was revealed.

I met Bill Cosby at a club called Masquerade in Denver Colorado which I was DJ'n at the time he was the opening act for the new Turn of the Century this was maybe 1983
They set him at the end of the bar at the edge of my Booth, and said "Glen keep an eye and make sure he has anything he needs".. He was very polite to everyone that came over, but soon tired of the attention, he asked, I feel out of curiosity and more so to get away from the people (Mostly gals) to come into the booth and watch me mix records..
He stayed back there for about 1 hour and it was obvious that there were several "ladies" that would have gladly liked to have known him better. he was cordial but not at all like many of the other celebs I had met.. I don't remember him drinking anything but Club Soda and Lime..

Can't say one way or another for sure about the accusations, but the man I met was a gentleman, and at the time many were not, the nightclub scene in the late 70's early 80's was pretty wild...

I guess time will tell, but I for one will not prejudge him I will wait and see what happens

It is impossible to say for sure. We can all have a 'gut feeling' based on what we see/read ...... I mean O.J. Simpson was tried by a jury of his peers and aquitted in the murder of his wife and her lover, yet a large percentage of America believe he was guilty in spite of that verdict.

This quote below, from an article today in the Washington Post, by Phillip Kennicott, is food for thought ,"My reason for including mention of the allegations followed exactly the same reasoning elegantly expressed by Ta-Nehisi Coates in a Nov. 19 piece for the Atlantic:

“Lacking physical evidence, adjudicating rape accusations is a murky business for journalists. But believing Bill Cosby does not require you to take one person’s word over another — it requires you take one person’s word over 15 others.”

Today an ex playboy bunny, the wife of Lou Ferrigno, recounted an assault by Cosby. Then there is this from the D.A. in the case that was settled in '06 ; Prosecutor who declined to charge Bill Cosby in 2005: ‘I didn’t say that he didn’t commit the crime’ - The Washington Post

On this one, the jury is still out .....

Is a travisty but nothing will come of it,is all water under the bridge at this point.
As for O.J, is to bad he is in jail,He vowed to hunt down and find the person that Killed his wife,Now nobody is in the hunt anymore.

People can say anything but proof that's a horse of a different color. If there's proof it needs to be shown if not it is one persons word against another. Some times people in the entertainment business will do a lot just to get there name out there. If there's proof then ok. If not then there's more important news out there that need told.

I don't know about that. Look at Roman Polanski. He's a certified dirtbag however in Europe they love him. Cosby is 77 and a very wealthy man. He can just retreat into the shadows and thumb his nose at all this.

I've met him too and he loves entertaining but this could just bring him into real retirement.

I have a very dear friend who 20 Yrs ago slapped his 13yr old daughter for calling her mother a Bio9tch.
The kid called 911,said she was being molested by her Dad,he was arrested and labeled a child molester,put on the rolls as such and still is.
He lost his business and everthing he owned.
