Sounds great, looking forward to it. Wow, published quarterly thirty-four years and running! Is it mostly submissions from anonymous former associates talking about how average he is?

    Sorry X.

I celebrated Earth Day by riding my bicycle (an old single-speed, back-pedal brake beach cruiser) 12 miles out of town to the Woodcraft, to buy a 2" 4K/8K Norton, only to find out that they don't sell the narrow version. On the way back I fantasized about keying the SUVs all but running me off the road. When I got home I shaved my hairy, sarcastic wife's armpits with an 8/8 Filarmonica (she used to use my Mach 3 unbeknownst to me and was pissed off at me when she found at I threw it away) and then we rode together on our bikes to the river, where we had a picnic of pork sandwiches and cheap champagne.

Then we went to see "The Hoax," which cracked us up.

We didn't even realize it was Earth Day til later when I saw your post. But given that we don't even own a car or a television, and can't afford hardly to turn up the thermostat and so tend to make our heat the old-fashioned way, I feel like we're doing our bit.

    I love this place too.

I'd hate to promote the hijacked thread portion, but does anyone know if she spit or swallowed?

As for 'Earth Day', I have found that my poverty has worked for me, in that not only does it prevent over consumption, it has helped keep my waist line down!

Hey Traveller don't type "hijack" in an email beaming down to us from the first-class cabin at 35,000 feet, we'll have homeland security all over our asses

confiscatin' our chrome oxide and worse

meanwhile you're probably gettin' tackled by a plainclothes alpha male

hate to think of you spillin' your margherita all over the inflight magazine.

    Bon voyage Mr Galt

Give yourself another week, Gary, art's more important than money and anyhow 5 million is peanuts.

Between Rich and the rabbis, that won't even get you a 2" x 5" escher these days.

Well, I did it again. Just packed up Shawn's Duble Duck Dwarf (DDD, sounds dirty. ) and sent it off to Bill Ellis for finishing wrapped in the very same envelope he sent me one in months ago.

    X
