It's corriander seed. But yeah smells great. I like to toast and grind spices myself.

Ok, I was close; I could have sworn that those were fresh jalapenos and if I'd looked closer I believe that the Paprika is on the right of the Chili Powder Oh well,still wish I could partake! Too bad we don't have SmelliVison

Will let you know how it goes down, the wife is insisting we have it tonight.

I had to add kidney beans as she loves them, I'm not fussed either way on them.

The finished combo pepper mill. Ready to be filled with peppercorns and sea salt.

The metallic finish accents came out well actually. Should provide a barrage of flavor at the grill.

It looks like real brass.
