Never let a few permits stand in the way - that is my rule.

Besides - the projects get done so much quicker without the hassle of paperwork....

I am quite certain that the american political system with all of its money and corruption is far tougher than a guy with the maturity and self-control of a 12 year old and the attention span of a 4 year old. As far as I can tell his singular skill is making money by pandering to the lowest in human nature.

The only candidate in this race with serious grit and the ability to get what she really wants is Clinton. Of course, if she were Republican she'd be hated on the left and loved on the right. That's why modern presidential elections in USA are won on the margins and why Clinton continues to have the advantage regardless of all the wishful thinking.

The truth is that regular people aren't going to change their lot or the american politics by voting Trump, or Clinton, or Johnson, or Stein or whatever they write in. The only way to see significant difference is to start voting for competence and character over identity and money in the humdrum races and sustain it over a generation or two.

Sorry,,, but that is simply me being honest, I look though these threads and realize that most of the people posting are either not from the US, or are only here to make money in the US.

So about 80% of all your opinions mean zero nada zip IMHO..

    As a Libertarian

Gary Johnson is simply a fruitloop and would NEVER get my vote.. If there were a real Libertarian Candidate running I would consider it..

I actually like Trump, and I really like the fact that he is NOT a Republican per se, the appeal to me is that all of the "fringe" hates him,, The Far Right and the Loony Left..

To give you perspective I liked Rand Paul but I was part of a small minority, and in my state I never even got the option to vote for him in the primary...

To me it is very simple

    Hillary is worse then Obama
    Johnson is a Joke

Yep I am voting Trump all the way...

Or simply read the last paragraph of the letter I posted,,,

"Public service has become elected greed. This may be our only chance to have a non-politician, despite his flaws, try and correct the mess, at least for 4 years. We must take the shot,"

    a Non-Politician I will take that chance
I don't know if Trump can fix anything. I've been vocal about the fact that he was NOT my first choice. But at least he says he wants to fix these problems. He's at least telling me that he too sees them AS problems. And that is more than I can get from Clinton. I'd rather have an idiot in the White Hose that flips a coin for every major decision he makes than someone that I truly believe is acting against the best interests of the country. An idiot with a coin is likely to be right half the time. But, more important, Trump has successfully provided that republican flushing of the toilet. We needed a guy like him to kick out mealy mouthed idiots that can't seem to deliver on anything. And Trump is showing the rest of republicans HOW to take the fight to the opposition. Instead of resting and watching Hillary on TV tonight, he's out there in front of the mic giving her hell.

My fear with Trump is that the Trump you see and hear is not the real Trump. You need to ask someone who is from NYC who grew up the same time as him about his antics.

No he is not the great business man you all think he is. He inherited his money whether you want to believe that or not and he used business failure and loopholes in the law to build his empire. He's like the bank robber in prison who says to the FBI get me out and I'll help you catch bank robbers because I'm the best at it.He and his family are products of privilege and they don't give a damn about the people and don't have a clue what it is to be a working man only the prize they seek.

If you are all fed up with what's going on in the country don't blame the Republicans or the Democrats instead go to your nearest mirror and go blame yourselves because it's YOU who elect these people. You don't want to compromise? You want it your way? You want the country back?

I'm afraid Il Duce ain't gonna do it either.

I don't think you should vote for him then...

Let's just take it easy there. First, a Trump may not end up being all we hope. I KNOW Clinton won't be anything I hope for. And no, we don't need to look in the mirror because individually we have to choose from what the collective wants. We have to elect someone so we choose from what options we have. But neither was my choice in the primaries.

The real question here is, does it really matter who is elected President?

it could just as well be Pee Wee Herman.
