On other fora my handle is Smokin. Those few of you who may be black powder cartridge rifle aficionados know me as such. I'll see you at the range, nostalgically, well shaved.

I was in a band for many year by the same name. I'm not in it now. I was also really "large", I'm not now either. Somehow I've kept using the same S/N.

I don't know if it is a word or not but jaeger is German for hunter and hund is German for dog or hound ---- so maybe hunter dog or hunting dog -- sounded bad ass to me so why not.

Eastree ... a moniker I've used almost exclusively since some time before the internet. It's my initials with one word changed, and one t and one h removed.

When i first thought of registering a domain, I tried eastree.com. But it was already taken by a Chinese textile company. Now it belongs to one of those ad ridden "CLICK ME!" pages. DAMMIT!
