In a few months when it's 103 in the shade you'll all be wishing for winter.
The weather is always nice over here in the "Land of Enchantment".No matter how many men you kill you can't kill your successor-Emperor Nero

Mark Twain said, "Everybody talks about the weather, but nobody does anything about it."
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

Winter has been warm and mild this year, so it's more a matter of missing the motorcycles than being sick of winter.

Winter sucks down here in Houston, business wise. Weather is fair, no cars are breaking much.
As hot weather arrives they fall like flies. For now, it's hand to mouth in the auto repair business.
Looking forward to hot weather, myself!

Thanked: 2284Here, the weather can't decide what it wants to do. Had a huge dumping of snow early in the season, then some warm weather moved in along with a lot of rain and almost all the snow disappeared. Now, seems the snow is back again.
I work outside, the worst days are the wet cold ones. I much prefer it to be either very cold or warm.Burls, Girls, and all things that Swirl....

Being Self Employed you'll understand this:
When I was attending Auto Body Repair at the local Community College, the veteran repairman who was our instructor said that the norm for employment in the Auto Body Shops was on Commission and there were months that we'd be eating Chicken and the next month we'd be eating Feathers.
Back then in 1975 the Labor Rate was $13 per hour with a 40/60 split with me getting the 40%. There were many months when I would Clear $1000.00 and then were months when I barely Grossed $300.
When my first child was on her way into this life, that's when I decided to go back to the grocery business. Overall I made a little more but the paychecks were steady.

Here in Tucson the high was in the mid 70's today, I had an A/C guy out at the house today making sure our units are ready to go, yep, pretty sick of winter here.
Why doesn't the taco truck drive around the neighborhood selling tacos & margaritas???

I was in Tuscan last August and spent some time with splashone while on my 5K mile ride on my Harley, and yes you will need that air conditioning working very well.
I'd stopped in 'Datewood' on my in for cold water for me and fuel for my iron horse at 11am and their bulb style thermometer read 106degs in the shade. It was quite 'warm' when I landed at splash's home at 3:30pm.

Wish I would have known, I haven't met splashone, but I think he lives nearby, would have been nice to meet you & splashone face to face. I don't think he is active anymore, but UACowboy lives 2 neighborhoods over but we never actually met, couple of PM's and that was it.
