I checked the local weaponslaws ( in dutch) and it should be legal. The blade is 7 cm long and 2 cm wide and only has one cutting edge.
Also it's not that big and it's too pretty to be a fighter. As long as I fon't threaten anyone with it or take it when I go clubhopping I should be fine.
And I did have a look at those e-bay links. They looked pretty decent as well. I do however like the fact that I bought this one at a B&M store.

You have got to love the styling of those french pocketknives. Ifound mine from cutlery to go. mine is of laguiole En Aubrac manufacture.
