The kids are novice and the Dad is general keep 'em fishin' Cell phone telephoto today and I could not tell what is happening.

It reminds me of a poor translation. Here in town a Korean group bought a hotel, and then renovated it. When they had the grand reopening they put up a large banner about what they had done to make it better. The reopened hotel featured a fully renovated rounge. Apparently not everyone involved in the buying and making of the banner had strong English skills.
With a heavy accent cheat and treat could sound familiar and be confused.
Where is the sign RoyIt's not what you know, it's who you take fishing!
